The snuggledown duvet sent was not as described on their website. The item arrived open. When contacted Sleepseeker, they didn't respond until approx 45 days later. They caused me immense stress, worries and inconvenience. They took an incredibly long time to issue the refund too. Appalling service!

Excellent customer services. I purchase a snugglefown Hungarian Goose Down Duvet 13.5 king size. I can’t believe the difference compared to others so soft although heavy enough to fall in place, so warm and cosy. Worth every penny

After seeing an advert for this company's products, I thought I'd give one of their 'side sleepers' pillows a try, as due to osteoarthritis I find it difficult to get comfortable in bed usually waking with a stiff neck using a 'normal' pillow. I won't say my new pillow has cured me but it certainly has helped.

Good service accurate descriptions nice quality cool pillows.
But can I put a pillowcase on.them? Otherwise the whole pillow would need washing every week which is a pain

My dog loves this bed and so do I! The first dog bed I have owned that looks really elegant in our living room. Beautiful deep navy colour, and a vaux velvet cover which is soft to the touch and very durable. We bought it in early October and it still looks brand new. It is really comfortable, probably more so than our sofa! Very pleased with this purchase, infact I am buying another one!

Right now it's not a good experience. Pillows ordered on Amazon - 204-5637069-9151522 have been floating back and forth between Evri depots since Saturday. Please sort it out. Reporting non-delivery to Amazon tomorrow. Thanks.

Added: seems to have been sorted and waiting for collection. Nevertheless, I would have bought elsewhere had I known Evri would be involved.

I ordered a twin pack of body/bolster pillows which arrived incredibly quickly via Evri (ordered Saturday, delivered Monday). They were a good deal at 2 for £32 (a single one was £20). Would consider using again for bedware

King size duvet 13.5 tog is good quality 100% cotton cover which is very important. It’s lofty, light and cosy. Pleasure to get into bed. Reasons for 4 star rating. Without measuring the duvet its quite long but feel the width has been skimped. Not much duvet over the edges of mattress. This is compared to previous duvet. Other reason, delivery by Evri was poor letting the otherwise excellent service down.

Living in Guernsey, not all suppliers will deliver to the Channel Islands. Not only could they deliver but the item arrived within a few days. Easy to use website too

I returned an electric blanket ordered through Amazon and as it was too small returned the item which was received on November 23rd. It's noe December 5th and I still await the return of my money. I read the reviews telling me their Customer Service is so good but at this point in time I cannot see how that comment can be made. I have contacted the seller, Sleep Seeker, through Amazon, and not yet had the courtesy of a reply. Come on Sleep Seeker show me your Customer Service warrants the reviews it gets and return my money. Follow on - Now sorted once looked into by customer service and Amazon.

The pillows that we bought should’ve been medium to firm, but they are not as firm as the ones we’ve used for the last 5 years from John Lewis which were medium support. There is also a horrible smell from the pillows and after using them for only two weeks we are looking at buying different ones .
