Mega back comfort and pleasant to sit on. The assembly was easy and done after about 15 minutes. The only thing is that the rollers are a bit too heavy to roll but you can fix that yourself.
The chair arrived well packed and with clear instructions. The assembly took less than 20 minutes, all parts fit. Very comfortable because of the lumbar protection.
The chair itself is quick and easy to assemble. The shipping was also faster than expected. But it is relatively small so that my head rests on the head end and not on the pillow as I had planned.
